早在今年的7月1日，联合国就在纽约向全球青年发出一封邀请函，提供百余个“绿色门票”资助机会，鼓励推动气候行动的优秀青年参与9月在联合国总部召开的青年气候峰会。被选中免费参加青年峰会的青年，就是“绿票青年”。
